3T - Teacher of Tomorrow

3T - Teacher of Tomorrow is a Leonardo da Vinci mobility project from Lifelong Learning Programme organized by NITIN and ANANDA. This project was addressed to persons who work with students from different cultures, often with newly arrived immigrants and there is a need to develop their skills in intercultural competencies. This mobility project has as primary aims: a practical, hands-on learning experience in a foreign culture should help staff to develop their intercultural competencies and thus better understand and communicate with their own young people here in Norway; broaden their horizons and allow them to explore new ideas and working practices; share good practice in the sector; develop some essential second language skills.

NITIN NGO

NiTiN is a international oriented non-profit organization within the field of education and culture based in Stavanger, Norway since December 2010, aiming to promote intercultural understanding and international cooperation through: Creating possibilities for mobility for all Europeans regardless of age or occupation; Providing qualitative training and educational opportunities for people working in the educational and cultural sector; Assisting Norwegian organizations and municipalities in developing and implementing international projects.
NiTiN has been coordinating several seminars, trainings and mobilities of people from Norway and other European countries within the field of education and intercultural learning through international programmes such as Youth in Action and Lifelong Learning Programme.
